Social Activities

During your time at ETC International College we encourage you to participate in our social activities programme, practising your english language skills with your fellow students.  In a relaxed atmosphere, outside the classroom you can use those expressions you have learnt and construct questions and answers and maintain a conversation.  Apart from the obvious benefit of improving your English language skills we also want you to have fun and enjoy meeting new people and making new friends some of whom will remain life-long freinds.
 

These are some of the acitivities we organise:

Parties at the English Language School.
Quiz Nights at the college or local cafe.
International food parties at the college.

Dance classes (salsa / belly dancing etc.).
DVD (subtitled) shows in the afternoons and evenings.
Karaoko nights.
Student Focus Group meetings where you can participate in producing the college newsletter and organising social activities.
Pub evenings at a selection of local pubs.

Lectures by college teachers.
Events and activities organised by the (www.bournemouthliteraryfestival.co.uk) Bournemouth Literary Festival.
