Accommodation (subject to availability)

Single room host family accommodation (September – June): £90 per week.
Single room host family accommodation (July and August): £110 per week.

Twin room (September – June): £80 per week per person.
Twin room (July and August): £100 per week per person.
Twin rooms are only available for group bookings and pre-arranged pairs.

En-suite, single room host family accommodation: £165 per week.
Executive en-suite host family accommodation: £200 per week.
Executive host family accommodation includes single room accommodation with en-suite facilities, use of IT facilities and ac­cess to the internet.

* There is a £30 per week supplement during the Christmas holiday. We cannot always offer accommodation during the Christmas holiday.


Single rooms are available in either “Homestay Accommodation” or “Private Home Accommodation”:

Homestay Accommodation means that hosts treat the student as a full member of the household, eating together and sharing the common living areas. No more than three adult or four junior students will be accommodated in Homestay accommodation at any one time.
Private Home Accommodation means that more than three adult students may be accommodated in the home and there may be less direct contact with the host(s). Private home accommodation is not suitable for juniors.

Both of these options are half-board from Monday to Friday (ie. Bed, breakfast and evening meal) and full-board at weekends (ie. Bed, breakfast, lunch and evening meal). Both are offered subject to availability. Junior (ie. Under 18 years of age) and adult students will not be accommodated in the same families. In all cases, students are placed in host families as close to the school as possible. Host families will wash at least one load of laundry per student per week.

Hotel Accommodation

Clients who are over the age of 18 have the opportunity to book and stay in hotel accommodation at one of several hotels in close proximity to the ETC International College building. 
Some hotels are within 5 minutes’ walk of our centre and very convenient, therefore, for visiting the town centre shops, library and other amenities. This accommodation is available on a bed and breakfast basis throughout the year, with the option of an evening meal. The hotels can be in great demand, so clients will need to book well in advance of their arrival time to secure a place. All such accommodation is offered subject to availability. The summer months in particular are very busy.

Hotel rooms rates vary. Single room rates are approximately £20 to £140 per night.

En-suite facilities are sometimes available, though the local hotels cannot guarantee this - please check with them at the time of booking.
