How to Enrol (book a course)

To enrol, you should:

1. Decide which course you are interested in studying and for what dates.  (Full list of courses). 

    

   You can use our Course Calculator to find out how much it will cost.
   It is a good idea to take our Online English Test to see what your English level is.
    
2. Complete the Enrolment Form.
   You can do this online or print the PDF version and send it to ETC by fax or by post). 
   If you pay online, we will send you full confirmation (through the website and by post).
    
3. Send your completed enrolment form, a passport photo (as an email attachment to: english@etc-inter.net) and payment of the full fees to ETC International College.  To speed things up, please also send us proof of payment (by fax or by email).

4. Wait for contact from ETC International College.  If you need a visa to study in the UK, we will send you certain documents and information once we receive your payment.

Additional information

• Please read our Conditions Of Enrolment when you complete the enrolment form and before you come to school in England.
• Please bring 2 extra passport photos in case these are needed.
• Enrolments are only accepted once a payment of the full fees and the completed Enrolment Form have been received by ETC.
• Please consult our Dates and Fees for details of when our courses start and how much they cost.
  Courses run from Monday to Friday each week.
• All new students must arrive by 09.00 hrs on the first day of their course for a placement test, unless other arrangements are made. The test is designed to assess the approximate level of English of each student so that he or she can be placed in a suitable class. The Director of Studies will place students in the most suitable class that is available.
    
• If you fail to obtain a visa to study in the UK, ETC will keep the Enrolment fee but return any other fees you have paid, unless we have had to pay a third party.  If you fail to obtain a visa, you must inform ETC in writing, return the documents that we have issued to you and send us a copy of the visa refusal documents as proof.
